How Breast Cancer or the foundation has impacted my life
Dr. Chen’s efforts within the foundation are mainly dedicated to the scholarship review committee in addition to general foundation business. A very active member in the community as well as the foundation, Dr. Chen specializes in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, with offices in the Phoenix metropolitan area. He also holds clinical appointments and Tulane Medical School and University of Arizona Medical School, where he lectures to Ophthalmology residents.
